Reporting directly to the Camp Director or his Assistant, he/she will be responsible for:

The overall physical and emotional well-being of the campers in his/her care.
Following the daily routine and program as set out by the Camp Director and the Program Staff.
Participating and assisting the Instructors with general supervision during each activity periods.
Creating a nurturing and supportive environment which meets the needs of the individuals in the group while responding to the interest of the group as a whole.
Working in harmony and in tandem with a co-counsellor.

A current R.L.S.S. Bronze Cross or higher qualification in swimming and First Aid/CPR qualifications are a must.
