Camper Fees

A deposit payment is required upon receipt of a Camper Application (credit card payment is required). Full camp fees are due March 15th, unless a payment plan is requested or alternative arrangements are scheduled with the Camp Director.

Interac E-Transfer
To pay by Interac E-Transfer, please use the following instructions:

  1. Use the email address payments@campkirk.com
  2. List the parent/guardian name and camper name in e-transfer's message field
  3. Create a password that is general enough for our Office to guess (ex: Where is the city office? What is the camp dog's name?)

 

Refund Policy

Camper fees will be refunded in full if an application is cancelled by a family on or before the dates listed in the table below. After these dates, payments are non-refundable. Please read our Payment Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Main Camp Program

  • Last Day for Deposit Payment Refund - January 31st
  • Last Day for Camper Fees Refund - March 13th

Teen Program*

  • Last Day for Deposit Payment Refund - November 15th
  • Last Day for Full Camper Fees Refund - November 29th

*Teen Program is by invitation only. Unless you received an invitation to apply to the Teen Program, your child is in the Main Camp Program.

 

Payment Plan

Families are welcome to pay their camper fees in instalments. Please contact the Camp Kirk office if you would like to arrange a payment plan.
