Fees & Dates 2008

A deposit of $400 CND must accompany each camper application form.  This deposit will apply towards camp fees and will be refunded in full in the event that an application is not accepted.  See the conditions listed on the back of the camper application.

Sessions #1 and #4
Your camp fees owing:  $1,600
Based on a full enrolment, our operating cost per camper is: $3,197
Amount of subsidy allocated to each child from Camp Kirk:  $1,597.75

Sessions #2 and #3
Your camp fees owing:  $2,130
Based on a full enrolment, our operating cost per camper is: $3,197.75
Amount of subsidy allocated to each child from Camp Kirk:  $1,067.75

SESSION #1:  Wednesday, June 25 to Friday, July 4, 2008 (boys only)
SESSION #2:  Monday, July 7 to Sunday, July 20, 2008 (co-ed)
SESSION #3:  Thursday, July 24 to Wed. August 6, 2008 (boys only)
SESSION #4:  Saturday, August 9 to Monday, August 18, 2008 (co-ed)

Please note that camp fees are payable in Canadian funds only by cheque, or may be charged to either your *VISA account or your *MASTERCARD account.

Camp Kirk has always partially covered the total operating cost per camper through fund raising activities.  Because of the high staff/camper ratio at Camp Kirk, and the relatively small total camper enrolment capacity compared to other typical overnight camps, our operating costs per camper are higher than one might expect.

We would like to ask families, if they feel comfortable doing so, to consider making a donation to the camp to help us cover the subsidy portion of the camp fees allocated to each camper.

Of course, a charitable tax receipt will be issued in the amount of the portion which exceeds the total amount of the 2008 camper fees as listed above.  Your generosity, no matter the amount, will serve to help Camp Kirk continue to thrive as we grow and continue to offer our campers the experience of a life time.  All donations are confidential.  We hope that you will give this option your kind consideration.
